General: So why are so many who were supporting Cruz suddenly jumping on the Libertarian band-wagon? That doesn’t even make sense. Many Cruz supporters are so completely different from Libertarian, I almost can’t even begin to count the ways. Furthermore, why the heck didn’t this little trend start years ago? Makes me sick honestly. These people choose (arguably) the most important election in modern times to start this?

Of course… this week, an Obama aide boasted their manipulation of the media and few are stopping to consider whether they really hate Trump, or simply hate what they were sold. Even Paul Ryan came out and said he couldn’t support him and the socialists are coming out in droves to try and take him down. I do not believe this is a coincidence. I do think it’s funny to watch the GOP split the way it has. It has become so obvious who is “establishment” and who is not. If the people could just open their eyes to it, I think we would all be MUCH better off. Oh, and for clarity – I’m a little pissed off that so many are threatening to vote Libertarian when we’ve had some STRONG libertarian candidates for the last several elections.

Economics: So the Washington Times published an article with the idea that federal policies dating back to the very first broad immigration law in the 1880s, have demanded that immigrants prove they will be able to support themselves. The story was about how half of LEGAL immigrants are currently on some kind of government assistance. I guess nobody at the times wanted to address what that means in regard to criminal immigrants – and multiple thousands who are expected to arrive over the next several months.

Meanwhile, every single county in America is facing hunger, jobless claims are on the rise, major retailers taking steps to stay afloat, planned layoffs are surging, and we are on the verge of a global synchronized collapse – but the media still would like to sell you on the idea that we are in some kind of “recovery”. I’m not a financial adviser, but it seems to me that people should be doing SOMETHING to prepare for some potential issues.

Global: We learned this week that NATO got a new commander. This new commander is mixing things up in the Baltics. Of course, Putin is not one to just let this kind of stuff go. Russia warned of retaliation as NATO plans more deployments in Eastern Europe. But this is only half of the puzzle really. We also learned that (due to what was probably a mistake) that US Defense Secretary Ash Carter admitted that U.S. warships will soon be based in Subic Bay, Philippines and warned of conflict over the Chinese buildup on the disputed islands in that neighborhood. We also learned this week that Japan is about to house some Special Operations aircraft and the buildup in the South Pacific continues.

Health: This week’s supplement suggestion is Garlic. But not just any garlic, you want Garlic with something called “Allicin”. Allicin is the critical health component in garlic (beneficial to the immune system and circulatory system) that is released from a freshly crushed clove. Unfortunately, most garlic supplements lack this fundamental element. And while you could just eat a few cloves of fresh garlic, that might be a little much for your social life. Here is a supplement I use myself.
