▶ So my phone broke. Let me share with you my Sprint Customer Service experience. Let me tell you how in spite of the fact that I have been a customer of Sprint’s for over a decade, it appears that the only way I would have been “taken care of” is if I were on contract. I hope you can learn from my experience and either avoid buying crap like that, or avoid the experience all together by going another route.
▶ I’m also going to explain some of the reasons behind why I don’t dwell on some topics, but do on others. It’s not that I don’t care, it’s really boils down to priorities – both of myself but also of the listener and reader. It’s not all up to me ya know?
▶ For those who have read RELOADED, you are going to hear a lot of validation today. The news over the last couple of days reads like it came right from the pages. This is not a good thing in grand scheme of things, but at least now you’ll see that I wasn’t just pulling things out of thin air. The model works and today will demonstrate – at least in part – that it does.
